One former president who stole a lot of money and was freed by one of his equally corrupt comrades, President RB, the audacity of the man, (Chiluba) claiming last week that his immunity was restored automatically the moment he was acquitted of his theft charges….Agrrrrrr! When will this stop. Why are African leaders so so so SO STUPID and blind.
